For you today, some comforting and wise words from CMarie Fuhrman, the current Idaho Writer in Residence and co-editor of Native Voices: Indigenous American Poetry, Craft and Conversations.
CMarie Furham, whom I am grateful to have met last summer in Homer at the Kachemak Bay Writers’ Conference, writes:
Do you realize, Friends and Loves, that whenever you give anything to anyone, you are giving to the entire world?
And did you know that every path you’ve blazed, every stone you’ve turned over, every door you’ve opened, you’ve done so for everyone?
Finally, did you know that whenever you felt love, for whatever reason, you irrevocably lifted all beings higher?
