Well, we are off shortly on the ferry to Juneau and from there to Seattle and finally sunny Mexico. I won’t be back with you until December 29 or 30 (or maybe once or twice before then, if there is Internet where I am going and if I can figure out how to use it.) So please join me this holiday season in taking a break from the computer and mobile devices to visit with friends and family face to face, share memorable meals, take long walks and short naps, read a few real books, and get out about in the community.
